A native of West Palm Beach, FL, Tami brings over 30 years of experience as a certified fitness professional with a deep passion for helping clients achieve their goals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science with a minor in Sports Nutrition from Carson Newman University, where she was an accomplished athlete, participating in varsity soccer, dance, choir, and the college band.

After the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified her in 1993 as an Exercise Specialist, Tami began her career at Bethesda Hospital Rehab in Boynton Beach, FL focusing on post-surgical rehabilitation care. Now a senior fitness expert, her focus still includes recovery from hip, knee, and back surgeries, as well as orthopedic injuries, scoliosis, and chronic pain, but also encompasses many forms of fitness and strength training. Her emphasis on range of motion and strength conditioning promotes well being and longevity, enabling her clients to enjoy activities like golf, hiking, tennis, pickleball, and many more.

Her certifications range from ACSM, ACE, AFAA through comprehensive Peak Pilates and testify to her breadth of knowledge of all aspects of general fitness and strength training. But her passion to work with clients of all fitness levels – from beginners and older adults through elite athletes – is what drives her to inspire clients to move, grow stronger, and – not to just meet personal goals, but to – THRIVE!
