Become strong and flexible in one dynamic workout!
Flexible Strength integrates movement and stabilization, balance and coordination, and concentration and relaxation to mold a body that is strong and supple, persevering and adaptable, and able to more easily handle daily demands while reducing the risk of injury and undue fatigue.
RIP® by Group Rx

RIP is a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.

SPORTS CONDITIONING/PICKLEBALL CONDITIONING

Besides being a quick method to getting in a great workout, intervals are extremely effective for transforming your physique. The magic of high intensity interval training lies in its ability to target every muscle from head to toe with strength training endurance all at the same time.

MAT PILATES

Invented by Joseph Pilates, this class focuses on strengthening and lengthening your entire body.  You will strengthen the powerhouse muscles of the back, abs, inner thighs and glutes.

YOGA

Improve your strength and flexibility with yoga poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation. Our instructors practice innovative vinyasa hatha flow with shavasana at the end.

SilverSneakers® Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

TRX

TRX was born in the U.S. Navy SEALS and developed by Fitness Anywhere®. Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. It’s easy to set up and quite portable. There are hundreds of exercises to build power, strength, flexibillity, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. You’ll never need to miss a workout again! Check out this website for details about TRX and how it works. TRX is available by appointment with a personal trainer.
