Dana Inman has been teaching fitness for more than 30 years. Certified as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and a Comprehensively Trained Pilates Teacher, she has taught everything from high-impact aerobics to yoga as well as coaching the CCHS Pom Team for 5 years.
It wasn’t until Pilates entered her life that she developed true body awareness and balance. She now is completely fulfilled and carrying out her passion for teaching and sharing with others what she feels is the “missing link” in the world of fitness. Her specialty is teaching Pilates (privately or group) and incorporating the full system — reformer, mat, Cadillac, chair, barrels, and accessories. Dana can help you become the best “body” you can be.
Dana enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Her interests include mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and Pilates of course!
