Tami, a native of West Palm Beach, FL, brings over 30 years of experience as a certified fitness professional with a deep passion for helping clients achieve their goals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science with a minor in Sports Nutrition from Carson Newman University, where she was an accomplished athlete, participating in varsity soccer, dance, choir, and the college band.

Certified as an Exercise Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in 1993, Tami began her career at Bethesda Hospital Rehab in Boynton Beach, FL, specializing in post-rehabilitation care. She is now a senior fitness expert focusing on recovery from hip, knee, and back surgeries, orthopedic injuries, scoliosis, and chronic pain. Tami’s approach emphasizes range of motion, light stretching, and movement to promote healing and strength, enabling her clients to enjoy activities like tennis, skiing, golf, and hiking.

Tami is comprehensively certified through Peak Pilates of Boulder, mastering mat, reformer, barrel, tower, chair, and Cadillac techniques. She also serves as a Master Trainer for the American Red Cross, instructing CPR, AED, and First Aid for personal trainers and fitness instructors. Additionally, she is credentialed in group fitness, post-rehabilitation, and sports nutrition.

With a wealth of certifications, including ACSM, ACE, AFAA, and Peak Pilates, Tami works with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners and older adults to elite athletes. Her goal is to inspire clients to move, grow stronger, and thrive.
