Your first appointment consists of an in-depth health assessment that will give us the information we need to design a specialized program that is specific to your goals.
Once a program is created, you will work privately with an expert trainer who will help you stay motivated, on track and inspired to achieve your goals. Our facility is equipped with the best tools to keep your workouts safe, challenging and new.

“I began training with Lisa about 3 years ago and asked her to focus on my balance and upper body strength. In the event, we have focused mainly on balance. I had discovered that my balance was very poor and I was aware that this can be a major problem for elderly people. I remember my initial despair and frustration at not being able to stand on the BOSU, Balance Disks or the foam roller. As soon as I tried, I fell off immediately! However, Lisa is patient and encouraging and eventually I began to make progress. At this stage, she has taught me to do exercises using the TRX equipment while standing one-legged on the BOSU, what a challenge. My progress is entirely due to Lisa’s perseverance and commitment. I only train once per week and then only for 30 minutes at a time. But this session is one of the highlights of my week. Lisa and Tami have built a well-equipped gym that caters for all: the elderly as well as others, and which is friendly and welcoming.” -Tim
