Cycle: REVOLUTION® by Group Rx
Release quarterly, this pre-choreographed cycling workout created by Group Rx, REVOLUTION® (REV) brings the thrill of the outdoor ride–inside. Time trials, flats, hills, mountain climbs, intervals and breakaways are designed to challenge participants while the best music in the world motivates every pedal stroke (a revolution!).
Endurance Ride (Cycle)
The FIRST Sunday of EVERY month. Length of ride is determined by the instructor that day. Feel free to come and stay as long as you like!
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Besides being a quick method to getting in a great workout, intervals are extremely effective for transforming your physique.The magic of high intensity interval training lies in its ability to target every muscle from head to toe with strength training endurance all at the same time.
A non-cardio class focusing on strengthening and lengthening your entire body. This class focuses on strengthening the powerhouse muscles of the back, abs, inner thighs and glutes.
RIP (by Power Music Group Rx) is a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Improve your strength and flexibility with yoga poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation. Our instructors practice innovative vinyasa hatha flow with shavasana at the end.
Zen to the Core!
A class designed for active bodies mid 40’s and up. Includes the “fountain of youth” benefits from yoga based stretching as a start, then transitions into body weight based exercises leading into a full 10 minute core session, ending with light stretching and a final sweet resting place for the body and the mind call Shivasana. All set to relaxing and motivating music.
Zumba (stay tuned for updates)
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. It combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. Zumba is Spanish slang for “to move fast and have fun.” Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco and calypso. The music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
