I have been involved in sports and fitness since I was 16, and I started personal training about nine years ago. I began as a bodybuilding trainer and also competed as an amateur bodybuilder. Through the years, I have adapted my style to fit the needs of my clients and am becoming an all-around trainer, whether it be in sports conditioning, weight loss, boot camp, injury prevention, post rehabilitation, or you want to just have fun with a workout. I take a serious approach to training but try to make every session a good time.
