Bobby Strausser
Throughout his life, Bobby Strausser has always been into sports and fitness. From playing lacrosse, golf, basketball, to backcountry skiing, distance running, and now weight training, he enjoys experiencing all forms of fitness. Bobby started weight training during his sophomore year of high school and was instantly hooked on the many ways it improved his strength, endurance, and his confidence. Soon, friends began asking Bobby to help in their strength training as well, and a trainer was born.
With more than four years of weight training experience, Bobby became certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for personal training as well as the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for teaching group fitness classes. He is currently working on Pilates and Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications to expand his knowledge of alternative fitness methods, and has a keen interest in the intersection of nutrition and exercise.
Bobby wants to help you improve your self-image and reach your fitness goals because he strongly believes in the mental and physical benefits of exercise. He has experienced increased strength, improved mood, higher energy, and a deeper more relaxing sleep cycle – in short – vastly improved general health. He says, “Fitness is the therapy I can’t live without.” Bobby wants to help you improve your life by putting you first.
