Hi! I am Cherie Duge Paul and have been involved in sports and fitness since being a young gymnast. I coached gymnastics for 5 years and currently teach BodyBarre, Conditioning, Schwinn Indoor Cycling & Silver Sneakers classes. I also Personal Train and I love to ski and paddle board. I also have specialty training in fitness for menopausal women.

I am crazy about BodyBarre because it is such a beautifully woman-centered fitness method totally tailored to our physique.
